Hi, I inject 0.5cc (half a cc) of " Tylan 200 " sub-cutaneously into the Inflmmed area. AVOID poking into the eye ball.. It worked for me 100% of times.

Until or unless Yoda has something better, Pedda's advise sounds like the best so far. I don't think cutting it out will work unless its hard. Try Amazon if all else fails, it takes about 3 days to get.

Yoda is one of our peapeople who has a lot of experience with this, and has helped many members through problems similar to yours.
There's a lot of advice from Yoda on those threads I provided links to earlier.

Baytril is like our human Cipro and much stronger than Tylan. Tylan has a very limited effectiveness on gram negative bacteria.
