Hi I have one cockerel and one pullet. They absolutely adore each other and will often have “dust baths” together they sleep so close to each other and now are about 6 weeks old.

They seem to go crazy every so often they don’t hurt each other but they chase one another around. It’s kinda 50/50 who starts it and it last 20 seconds. Was wondering if they are just playing or fighting?

Is this behaviour okay?

They snuck inside my house 🤣 but they often groom next to each other

You will need more hens to satisfy him in the future. At least two or three more for sure. Other than that, birds chase often, they are probably just doing the pecking order.

It's very normal in young birds. They are sizing each other up.
I had a 'one cockerel/one pullet hatch' and their mother weaned them at 3.5 weeks old. These two wandered around the flock together and sparred daily, multiple times. They get along fine now that they are all grown up.
Males don't get involved in the pecking order. They would rather be the thing the females are fighting over.
