I need to add some more pellets to my flock to try and keep the peace with my 3 boys.

The current flock:
FlockMaster:
-1/2 Standard Ameraucana 1/2 bantams Cochin
Side Males:
-Standard Phoenix
- 1/2 EE 1/4 standard Ameraucana 1/4 bantam Cochin

Females:
-EE
-LeghornxAmerucana
- Pheonix (2)
-Spitzhauben(2)
-Phoenix Mix
- Spitzhauben mix
- Mystery mixes (3, but 2 will be gone for spring for breeding)
-silver leghorn
-pheonix (possibly)

Looking for breeds that are heat and cold hardy, and not wimps or bullies. Egg count and broodiness level don't matter to me. Could be large bantams or standards, the flock masters breeds everything

A speckled Sussex maybe?

I love my Bielefelders, Welsummers, and my Japanese bantam hen. :) They are all very sweet
I used to have a Japanese hen with this group. She was my flock master's favorite, but a bit too small framed and her tail's position made it easy for it to get hurt from him, so she's out with the sillies now.

I have considered welsummers. I heard Bielfelders eat like a CX though, and I don't want super heavy eaters

I wouldn’t say my Bielefelder eats like a CornishX, but she is pretty darn obsessed with food. 😂 She yells every time she sees me, even if it’s through the window and I’m inside. I wouldn’t blame you for passing on them if you have a food budget! Very sweet, but a food hog for sure.
Have you done Australorps before? Mine fits all the breed descriptions on temperament, she’s easy to handle and isn’t a bully. She handled the 100F+ days well and seems to be dealing with the single digit temps quite well today. They also come in Blue and splash, which is fun!

I think that most any breeds would do well with that group. Bantams are always tricky, and work well with certain temperaments, so maybe some larger bantams.
Some of my favorite breeds are-
English Orpingtons
Any type of bantam
Silkies
Some breeds that I would love to get are-
Ayam Ketawa
Bluebell Eggers
Cochins

The list of breeds is so vast its difficult to suggest anything specific without bro information. Is egg laying important to you? Are there any other qualities that are important?

Like my first post said, I don't really care about egg count. I don't eat eggs and can only give so many back to the birds or hatch out, so a lot end up as ornaments or magpie offerings.

I'm mainly just looking to see what breeds people have that fit what I'm looking for attitudewise.

I've added a partridge rock pullet pair to my chick order, planning on keeping one and a mottled java female based on suggestions and some temperament readings, but want some other opinions since I still might add one or two more
