She doesn't have signs of spurs or ever made any male sounds but you can never be sure! She LOVES to lay like a broody hen. I hope shes not a rooster, if so we may have a problem. If "she' is a he hopefully HE continues to be very quiet
At ~12 weeks old, I'd say that's a cockerel.

Although Welsummer hens have pointy hackles too
Well, they look pointy because of coloration pattern.

Did you say this bird is approx 2 months old?
Could you please post a profile photo showing the whole bird from top to bottom and front to back.

I don’t want to raise the alarm just yet but I think those hackle feathers are very pointy for a pullet.

My birds are three months old this week! I ran outside and took some more photos of "her" and my other GL Wyandotte(Bottom of pic 3 and also pic 4) for comparison. Also, if this is a male, when does the crow usually develop in GLW's?
