If you don't want chicks there's no need to worry, though. If you collect them every day especially if you don't have any broody hens you won't get any. I don't have a rooster but I know a bit about them, I hope that helps

I just started raising chickens back in January. I started with 10 red sex linked layers chickens then I bought 8 Rhode Island Red then picked up 21 more of this red sex linked layers I was told that the linked were a year old none seem broody but the first 10 I got were giving me 8-10 eggs a day now I'm getting 6-7

Looks like a Lakenvelder but I'm not familiar with that breed enough to sex it.
