Pullet or Cockerel?

I have another bird an Easter Egger that I wonder if it’s a pullet or cockerel - 12 weeks old, the tail is facing down a lot where my other pullet’s also an EE is facing more up … is this one a pullet as well ???

I think pullet, unless those hackle feathers are actually pointy.

Do you know why her tail is not as up as my other ones ? Or do EE have the tails down like this ? Sometimes I see her with a tail up like a fan and then sometimes it’s more down, that’s why I was thinking perhaps it’s a cockerel?

Tails mean nothing at this age. The reason is is different is because not all chickens are the same. Even within the same breed. They're not made from molds.

Pullet look at the tail feathers their rounded
