How should I sterilize tweezers if I use them to remove pus from the pullet’s eye?

It(the tweezers) can't possible be worse then the chicken poo she is around already.

I have been advised by a very knowledgeable friend to stay away from this pullets be the other chickens on the farm because they are most likely carriers of infectious Coryza and I will not risk my flock. It may seem harsh but my chickens come first. I will be taking steps and upping my bio security for my flock.
