Ok I will try that, should I give any aspirin or antibiotics?

Aspirin can be given orally 1/2 low dose 81 mg aspirin once or twice daily for up to 3 days. Your vet could also prescribe meloxicam. I would not use antibiotic unless you find a skin opening.
