Pumpkin pound cake

Moist and delicious!! Made this today and turned out great! Instead of the glaze included with the recipe, I used cream cheese frosting. Another tweak I made was to cut the cloves back to a 1/4tsp.
Perfect!

Thanks, it's a picture my son took when we were on vacation last week.

I got off work early today and have the pumpkin cake in the oven right now! I made a few tweaks because of the high altitude I live at so fingers are crossed it turns out well Love the way the house is smelling right now!

Here it is! The taste test comes when DH gets home from work but I know we're going to like it. Instead of using milk or cream for the glaze, I used eggnog because it has similar spices. Mmmmm

Next time I'll add a bit more liquid to the glaze so it covers more. The recipe said it sets up fast and they weren't kidding.
