That is strange....seems to be 'spreading'......definitely looks like necrotic tissue.
Not frostbite, right?
Only thing I can think of is a bug bite....don't think an injury would do this.

I have no idea about cholera.........still think a bug bite might be the cause.

Could be....or bee or wasp.
Spider makes the most sense, they can cause necrotic tissue.
Sorry, I really don't know what to tell you to do.
I am only guessing, but if the necrosis continues to spread, amputation might be the only thing that stops it.
Maybe @azygous or @Wyorp Rock or @Eggcessive have a suggestion.

So it isn’t any sickness that could spread to my other flock members? One of my neighbourghs has done stuff like that he gave me this rooster that was a bantam and cut his wattle and comb since he was a game bantam.
