THIS IS MY SECOND ATTEMPT AT HATCHING SOME SHIPPED FBCM EGGS. I SURE HOPE TO GET A FEW THIS TIME. I HAVE 10 OR 11 THAT I HAVE CANDLED AND FEEL PRETTY GOOD ABOUT. GUESS TIME WILL TELL THOUGH RIGHT.

WHO ELSE HAS EGGS ABOUT TO HATCH? I CAN'T WAIT TO ADD THESE TO MY FLOCK SOMEDAY!

I put 17 Blue Laced Red Wyandottes in lockdown tonight. This is the first time hatching eggs from my own birds! This is my 2nd hatching eggs, my first batch was shipped eggs.

How are everybody eggs doing? I can hear cheeping coming from my eggs this morning!

I can hear cheeping in mine as well. I had them in my closet floor this whole time, but my wife who isnt a chicken lover insisted that I move the incubator to another room for the hatch so she doesn't have to listen to all the cheep, cheep, cheep. Lol If it was only up to me I'd leave them where they are. I love the sound of new babies!! Going home on my lunch break to check on them for sure.

How long after they start cheeping do they have to make a pip?
