IF they have accepted the Counter-Offer. They have bought the place.
IF they offered LESS than the counter-offer...or changed any terms of the Counter-Offer....
THEN it is still "up-in-the-air".

We got the place, going in tomorrow to sign papers!!!
I am going to start freaking the heck out tomorrow after we leave the office with the papers signed!
