So here's the fan on the Nurture Right, just a thin grid covering it, with 1" square openings. The fan is another inch above the grid, which is about 2-1/2" from the floor of the incubator.

Apparently there is a missing screen that screws into those 4 holes that protects access to the fan completely. You need to contact Harris Farms for one.
Pyxis just got one too waiting to hear if hers has it.

It's already on the way. I was hoping it would get here today, but I have eggs coming tomorrow, so hopefully the guard comes too.
Of course, I have time beyond set date, but have no idea how difficult it will be to install.

You should have plenty of time. I think it just screws in the 4 corners pretty easily. I can't wait to hear what you guys think before I buy one LOL
Pyxis is setting hers up tonight I think

The screw holes are down below the grid, it's kinda weird. I considered making something, but they replied so quickly, I assumed it would come quickly too.
I'm betting hers won't have it either. I bet none ever had it actually, and they just came up with a fix to be included on new ones. The grid is not removable, so it will have to be something that can roll up, slip thru the grid square, and unroll and attach. Or cover the whole grid.
I think the screw holes are actually the back side of the fan holes, and could already have a screw in them from the other side. So I'm real curious to see their modification.

Me too but they seem to be right on this when i comes to offering the cover. I suspect maybe it was supposed to be there but got left out entirely all over. Made in Taiwan? LOL Where is that made btw?

Don't know. I'll see if I can find anything on it. But...the temp gage is in Fahrenheit, not Celsius, at least.

Yep, I got my own today! It's already getting a test run, it's got three AC eggs in it right now. So far I like it. It seems to be pretty accurate; the temp on the display matched up with my calibrated thermometer. Mine also does not have a cover so I will need to be contacting them for one. I'll just stick a piece of shelf liner over the fan for now.
