Growing Up, I thought that color on the hills was the real reason that California was called the Golden State!Here that would be a call to the police and the fire department...Fire works are illegal most places.... too much dead brush.
I was looking at the chaparal crossing through a saddle on the highway.... Mostly Wild desert Lavendar and Chamise. Normally its dark green almost black... when its healty.... Now days 50 percent is grey to white... Even the parasite strings arent growing.... Looks like spaghetti very fine and forms a net around healthy plants.... an Orange color
