Yep, a little blondie! I sent the eggshell out for DNA testing this morning.

So, I'm in the garden, with one hand in a bowl of rice crackers and olives, and the other hand holding my book open. A cheeper -- now almost as tall as its Dad -- is determined to get the crackers. Or the olives. Or both.
So I'm left to use my head to interdict the cheeper, and had a wonderful first: feeling the chick's feather-do gently pushing against me as it manoeuvred to score that yummy rice cracker.
