Quail breeder

I have 6 quail eggs in my incubator (1 broke and died)
Exactly 3 of them has a pretty large airy yellowish air cell like in a nearly hatched healthy chick’s shell
The other 3 unfortunately has a small tight blueish kind of cell that is obvoisly not good as they can’t stretch but I don’t want to intervene because I’m scared if I hurt the chick
Do you have calibrated (separate from your incubator) hygrometer/thermometer?
Did you test whether there was a huge difference in temperature from one area of the incubator to another? (This might be the problem, because some of the eggs would be behind in development compared to others)
