Quail breeder

I have 6 quail eggs in my incubator (1 broke and died)
Exactly 3 of them has a pretty large airy yellowish air cell like in a nearly hatched healthy chick’s shell
The other 3 unfortunately has a small tight blueish kind of cell that is obvoisly not good as they can’t stretch but I don’t want to intervene because I’m scared if I hurt the chick

Do you have calibrated (separate from your incubator) hygrometer/thermometer?
Did you test whether there was a huge difference in temperature from one area of the incubator to another? (This might be the problem, because some of the eggs would be behind in development compared to others)

If these are the Japanese/Coturnix quail, and they haven't pipped by day 19, odds are the temperature is too low or they didn't make it.

No I didn’t I woke up and found some pieces of cracked shells in their incubator they’re trying really hard to break through
