Um hi today my male chick has been squeaking constantly without stopping
He’s not affected to pasty butt
He drinks and eats too but like yesterday and their hatch day he remained really quiet

is your brooder have a space where it is 35C/95F?

Does it have cooler and warmer spots the chicks can move to?

Today I was playing with my quails and when I was taking them by hand to their brooder box after play time my male yellow quail broke free of my hand and fell to the ground!
I thought nothing was wrong at first then he began to wriggle and couldn’t stand!
his head wriggled and I was sure his leg joint broke I was horrified and trued to calm it
I put two pieces of tape on it’s legs to help it stand and it’s trying really hard he can drink now I’ll wait till morning to see if his keg is ok again pls hope me luck
