Quail chicks - the mess is unreal

Do you have a link to those or the name to search, they look awesome!

I'm pretty sure I got that picture from Amazon (I think I searched for 'caged bird waterer'). I'm in New Zealand so I bought them off someone here.

I've also used them for the 2 Old English Game bantam chicks we currently have, though now they are nearing 3 weeks old I really should give them a bigger waterer.

I use them for my finches too because they bathe in their water as soon as I clean it if it is in a hang on bowl. Finches are another messy bird, despite their small size.

I'd suggest using this waterer to save your sanity. I was in the same boat, having to constantly change their water until I discovered the joys of the nipple waterers. Once a few chicks figure it out the rest learn quickly!

I have a pair of quail (A PAIR) and they'll get their waterer clogged with bedding overnight.

Most of my japanese quails do fine in pairs.
