@Nabiki @007Sean the quail that had the eye problem won't even open his eye now. I'm worried because it has gone on for several hours now. What do I do?
I would start with a gentle saline rinse. If there's something in there irritating the eye, that should wash it out. At the least, you'll be able to get a good look and maybe see what's going on with the eye.
 
@007Sean No I don't have chickens. I have ducks but I don't think they could cause it.
Mycoplasma can be transferred vertically via the egg. Just a thought, try irrigating the eye with a saline solution, if it doesn't get better, than a vet visit might need to be in order.
I would also separate it from the rest, as mycoplasma is contagious!
