Quail with paralysis and laboured breathing

Hi I have four quails one Italian, a common quail and two Japanese quails.
I have found one of my Japanese quails with paralysis and also with laboured breathing I thought it might be a tick but couldn’t find signs of ticks on her

Any advice on what It could be or what to do
