Question about different level memberships

What are the different level memberships? I know there is a Gold feather member are there other levels? What difference does it make if I am a member or not? How do I become a member and how much does it cost? I have been searching the site all night and I just can't seem to find where to do this.

We're still ironing out the permissions and the options available to the different user groups (members, GFMs, & PPMs).

Our highest priority is to make sure main areas are functioning, and then we'll dive deeper into the other areas like this.
