You can try Harbor Freight! I got a mesh sun screen type from them for about $60. It blocks most of the sun but not all and the rain can get through. This way the rain will not puddle up and pull it down! You can shop on-line also!

Aside from that big door.. I see no venalation. Maybe I am missing it, but that is crucial! I would cut two windows, one on each side of that shed. If it is metal, no wonder they are hot! Try to cut windows, cover with hardware cloth, and cut the windows HIGH, probably right under the roof on the sides because heat rises and that way it can escape some what. Also, a tarp or something to provide shade in the run is definately needed. Good luck.

We put some solar screen on top of the run to shade the run a little more. We also set up a mister in the run. It was $7 at Lowe's and easy to do. Our run gets direct sun from 3:00 to 5:00 so I use the mister then. We get very high temps here in N. Texas. I agree that the coop in the picture needs windows asap for air flow. We also use frozen water bottles on very hot days.
