I have one like that, too! I don't know what it means, but it doesn't look like a blood ring; it's so thick and dark! Don't give up on it just yet. I'm hanging in there with mine.

No, it doesn't look healty either.

I would remove it if it doesn't change significantly in the next 2 or 3 days.

Until then, there is little to lose by hoping

its definately not on the outside and i was thinking that it wasnt a blood ring either i truly have no idea what it could be. i am stumped. apparently the internet cant tell you everything lol
