So many favs: homemade is Great, Sticky Fingers Carolina Sweet, Sticky Fingers Hot Habanero, Kinders Hickory Brown Sugar, Kinders Gold,
Kinders Signature,
The Shed,
Stubbs,
and I could name a few more.
Edit to add: Regas Seasoning (for rub) which was made in Knoxville. But the restaurant and business closed in 2019.
Still have a little bit to use for very special occasions.

BBQ sauce on french fries... I could get behind that idea!

We don't have any on hand, and I can't think of any brand from the local grocery store, because I never buy it. That might change.

DW will whip up some when we need it, hot honey for me, our daughter and just honey for her and the rest of the clan.

Sweet Baby Ray's Hickory flavor, usually, but only on chicken bc GC has alpha-gal so we don't eat beef here any more. But I find this sauce a little too sweet and spicy for me so I doctor it up a bit to tame it down.

My favorite is Sweet Bay Rays. Its made right here in my area. I use it when I make Hawaiian Pizza.
I will eat other BBQ sauces as well ,, but the top of the tier for me is Sweet Baby. The Sauce is the Boss.
I also use BBQ sauce instead of ketchup on my French fries.

Have you ever made a bbq pizza with pizza dough, sauce, pulled pork and cheese?
Add some bbq sauce on top and then bake it. It’s SO good!

If your BBQ game is good, you don't need sauce. Dry rub and skill or nothing.
Side bar, BBQ sauce is flavor profile that I can always pass up.
