OMG - Hahaha! I just looked it up and realized it’s the Enfloxil. So even though what I have is expired, should it still be ok to use? And can I just administer orally? What would dosage be?

I would still use it if the color looks okay, and you can give it orally. How much does she weigh?

She weighs 2 lb. 12 oz. Here’s a pic of the Enfloxil, which I think looks like it did when I purchased it.

It's probably fine.
She's ~1250 grams, so I would give 0.125 ml twice a day for no more than 3-5 days

Is that the 10% stuff? 100 mg/ml?

Yes, it is the 10% injectable. If I give it orally, can I just put the dosage on a piece of bread and give it to her that way instead of squirting it down her throat?

It's really bitter, so I doubt she'll eat the bread. Best to give it orally.
