Question on GMO feed

Studies by Monsanto and their ilk? Not buying it.
Anyone who wanted to could have done studies.
Nothing has stopped them at all

Are you seriously trying to say NO ONE has done any studies other than Monsanto?

Are you ADMITTING all the anti GMO studies are false, since you claim the "only" studies have been done by Monsanto?

(See how foolish it all sounds?)

Why not simply accept the FACT that no one has ever proven GMO crops are harmful?

It STILL doesn't take into account MORE ACERAGE is being planted.

Presumably this 'acerage' is taken from the small family farms who Monsanto sued because they 'stole' their patented poison. It's very bad all around and I can't believe the depths in which you are defending this evil corporation and the like. And now our gutless, puppet President signed the 'Monsanto Protection Act' which gives no recourse for those who fall truly ill from these GMOs. Shameful in our country. Such debates about abortion, but not our health? Where's the right to choose our health?

If more people would just get interested in what they are eating, start supporting local organic farms and maybe even create community gardens, then maybe things would turn around. But, with 50% of the American population being legally drugged to death, they either don't care or are just too dumbed down to know the difference. Very sad, indeed.

Gee Chicks Galore3, did ya think a simple question would result in such a heated debate?

The only studies out there for the healthful support of GMOs has been by Monsanto and their ilk. Again, No Thanks. I'll take control of my own health.

No, I don't worrk for Monsanto. It's a TRUE statement. It's banned due to politics and economics, NOT due to harmful effects. The "studies" you show make lots of claims, but offer no real PROOF. People can "choose" anything they like, but they should base those decisions on actual facts instead of hype
Hmmmm...so what is your definition of "actual facts?" Incontrovertible proof? Preponderance of evidence? Consensus of 90+% of all related scientists?

I'm thinking that maybe your threshold is a lot higher than mine. That's ok. What you decide is right for you works for you.

What I decide for me and mine is what works for us.

So here's a fact that I arbitrarily decided (since that is really all choice is) to use as a basis for my food sourcing decision today.

The sun rose in the east (cloudy morning notwithstanding, but actual fact nonetheless) so I will eat the food I grow in my garden. :)

(See how foolish it all sounds?) What your saying, yes.

Why not simply accept the FACT that no one has ever proven GMO crops are harmful? Because it's not the truth. Read the link.
If anyone is going to be providing evidence that could put them (Monsanto) out of business and they (Monsanto) have the money (= power) to stop it, then they will...and have. Here's one good source I like about the subject: http://amazinghealth.com/AH-health-genetically-modified-food-GM-corn
Read that.....then share your thoughts on it.
