Question on Tricide Neo for Bumblefoot for those that have used it

I have read on here about using Tricide Neo for Bumblefoot but have a question.

So, I soak the foot for 5 -7 min in the distilled water & Tricide mixture - then do I need to rinse the foot off before bandaging or just dry it off?
