Questionable symptoms in newborn chicks, 4 died, 1 left. Please help ASAP!

I would reunite them and fingers crossed it works. The longer you wait the higher the chances of her not to take it back. It's a gamble. My one Hen is raising a single Chick right now. I keep them separate from the flock to cut out any stress to the Hen and put them back with the flock once Momma is totally stress free and raises Baby..
At about 5 to 10 days old..

I agree but I’m also nervous that the baby will receive more cocci or get sick again in general, but I guess if I keep her / them on the Corid program maybe it’ll be ok?

My Momma Pearl and Chicken Little...:frow
I don't think it's medical and believe Momma got stressed..

It’s still night time here... the mama hen unfortunately isn’t sitting on the nest anymore and is sleeping on a roost, I’m wondering how and when to reintroduce the chick? I heard at night is good if baby is cold so she’ll cuddle up to her. I think the hen will respond to her if she does her little siren chirps for mama. But the chick has definitely bonded with me so I hope she can bond with the mama that’s why I’m thinking letting her in at night may be smart.. it’s 2am here, I still have time!

No...Separate them into a Brooder and put baby in the Brooder and watch her...

I have the baby chick currently inside our house in a cardboard box + screen with a heat lamp. I’m hoping I’d have an extension cord to run out long enough to the coop for the heat lamp.. I do like that idea of at least having them close,.... I’m so glad I decided to sign up and post on this website... thank you so much for your help and perspective!!!
