I thought they are average 6-8 ounces.I would think the 6 feet would be enough for a pair, but I think the article I read real quick said they're a bit larger than Bob whites

Just trying to add sources that might have more information. I saw you had been on the other posting I linked and figured you might know more space and temperature wise what these need@JacinLarkwell , what do you want to know by this tag?
Do you have a link to the forum, I googled it and just found hunting forums.If I were to start raising Mearn's, i would join the Mearn's Quail and Enthusiast forum. There are lots of breeders that have experince with hatching and raising on the site. I'd try to learn as much as possible before starting to raise them...JMHO or my View attachment 2667736
