My wife calls me "One-Pot Charlie", but I do like it quick and simple! So most of the time, my dishes end up in one pot... [IMG]

Threw this together last night, took all of 20 minutes, and turned out really well.

*Put a cup of rice on the stove.
*Brown a pound of ground beef, drain, add 1/2 large onion diced. Brown very well.
*Add one can of Cream of Mushroom soup and 1/4 cup of Milk. Bring to a boil, simmering for 5 minutes.

*Serve over rice and veggie sides. (I had crooked neck squash from the garden & green beans)

Is there anything that doesn't taste good cooked with Cream of Mushroom soup?

A friend makes pork chops like this - he uses the Golden Cream of Mushroom soup and it is TASTY!

I wish my squash was ready to pick [IMG]
I got a late start planting and we've had yucky weather.
If I'm lucky I may be harvesting for Halloween [IMG]
