My wife calls me "One-Pot Charlie", but I do like it quick and simple! So most of the time, my dishes end up in one pot...
Threw this together last night, took all of 20 minutes, and turned out really well.
*Put a cup of rice on the stove.
*Brown a pound of ground beef, drain, add 1/2 large onion diced. Brown very well.
*Add one can of Cream of Mushroom soup and 1/4 cup of Milk. Bring to a boil, simmering for 5 minutes.
*Serve over rice and veggie sides. (I had crooked neck squash from the garden & green beans)
