I have to get some good ies ready for the Christmas party at my house Wednesday but I can't do any prep tomorrow at all cause I have to drive for 8 hours to go get my hubbies son! I'm at a huge loss for what to do other than Rice Crispy Treats, do any of you have some more good recipes that I can make super fast?

Melt chocolate bars, mix in cream cheese, let it cool and solidify scoop out round pieces with a melon baller and then dip in more melted chocolate.

Bake a cake in bread pans, let it cool, slice it in 3 horizontal layers, frost in between layers cut into vertical slices frost and serve

Buy a huge bag of pretzels, almond bark chocolate, melt chocolate, dip pretzels, let dry on wax paper,

Make rice krispie treats, dip in chocolate

Sprinkle crushed candy canes on any of the above

Slice apples serve with melted carmels or chocolate for dipping sauce

Slice the crusts off bread, make little sandwhiches out of anything in the fridge with lettuce on it and it looks great.

Make garlic bread out of regular bread and sprinkle parmesan cheese on them with chopped tomatoes.

Mix oil with parsley and chopped garlic to dip bread in.

Yummy Mexican Dip:

Mix taco meat with refried beans; spread in baking dish.
Cover with your favorite salsa or picante sauce.
Top with slices of cream cheese.
Spread with spicy nacho chip dip.
Sprinkle on some Frank's Red Hot Sauce.
Top with shredded Mexican cheese.
Bake in the oven at 350 for about 30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.

Here is a 5 minute chocolate mug cake.

5 MINUTE CHOCOLATE MUG CAKE
4 tablespoons flour
4 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa
1 egg
3 tablespoons milk (or 2T milk and 1T Kahlua)
3 tablespoons oil
3 tablespoons chocolate chips (optional)
A small splash of vanilla extract
1 large coffee mug

Add dry ingredients to mug, and mix well. Add the egg and mix thoroughly.
Pour in the milk and oil and mix well.
Add the chocolate chips (if using) and vanilla extract, and mix again.
Put your mug in the microwave and cook for 3 minutes at 1000 watts.
The cake will rise over the top of the mug, but don't be alarmed!
Allow to cool a little, and tip out onto a plate if desired.
EAT! (This can serve 2 if you want to feel slightly more virtuous).
And why is this the most dangerous cake recipe in the world?
Because now we are all only 5 minutes away from chocolate cake at any time of the day or night!

Ice cream....... what a novel idea!!!!!
