Quick question on egglaying?

My flock is from around 3 to 4 years old. They all lay rather hard shelled eggs. They have 24/7 access to layer crumb and oyster shell and grit. And they get usually every other day a scoop of BOSS just for a treat that they have to look for. Keeps them busy. But the last few days there is one maybe of the hens are laying shell less eggs. Don't really know why. Is this normal or should I be doing something for them and if so what should I do ?

her body is having trouble for some reason adjusting to laying.she may have started back to laying from a molt.

I really don't think that they have molted as of yet. Could it be that she is going to molt here in the near future.
