I just did the exact same thing 5 weeks ago, my littles will be 11 weeks on Thursday and are completely integrated

As I thought, Rosemary (Buff Orpington) is a real bitch to them. She is currently at the bottom of the pecking order....but not for long I suspect. Rhoda (RIR) is also charging at them. Bena (Black Austrolorp) hasn't said a cross word to them. Just as I thought it would all play out.
But after about 20 minutes, it's not bad! They are steering clear of the big girls, and sticking together.

After a week of having my littles safe house door open for them in the coop I went to lock the pop door one night and this is what I sawthere has been a little chasing mostly by my skitso WTB(also lowest in the pecking order) but no serious injuries and no more safe house

Two of the littles figured out the ramp to inside, and I folded back a corner between the two areas so they can get away to their own space but the big ones can’t. Well except that Rosemary will not be denied even if she can only stick her head through there! Same food is directly behind her

It'll help if you have multiple food and water stations, I have 2 of each on completely different sides of the run. Resources are something that can cause tiffs, lol

Yes, that’s another reason I wanted that little hole connecting the two areas, so everyone can eat in peace. Don’t really have the space to have them wisely separated, but when I came in the house the little girls were eating on their side and Rosemary and Bena were eating on the other side. Rhoda was still outside.
plus, the little girls can access outside if they go through the hole. No more toting them out myself
I can re-staple the chicken wire once they all getting along.
