Quick - Roast chicken carcass...

I have tried for many, many years and I just am not doing something right. I really think I put too much water in the crust. But I have a gf who just throws it together and makes it look like a drop biscuit and rolls out the flakiest pie crusts. I try and they flop!! It is def. one thing I want to get right.

If I could find some dry ice i'd send ya 2 processed 12 week leghorn roos. They are
only 3 pounds each(I think) but did make very good soup. My processing isn't
the prettiest either but it tastes good. I gotta take care of another few this weekend.

I just saw this posting and it made me laugh cause I've got a big batch simmering in my crockpot right now. don't want to waste a bit of a carcass.

Anyone have a good pot pie recipe? Miss Prissy sounds like a great cook and jack of all trades - do you have one? thanks.

I know I will be making another one very, very soon. We froze the extra three quarts of stock. I am sure this pie will be gone by tomorrow.

I forgot to mention that I put some grated cheese over my chicken pot pie mixture before adding the crust. Not a lot but about half a cup.
