Oh, I certainly agree with you. I believe that we each have the moral, the mindset, to do good in the world. Each happening reacts to something new- which awakens our ways of thinking. What I believe, simply, is that there aren't enough influences to trigger this.
I, myself, am a younger person that has learned within time that we have the materials and abilities to make the world a better place. But we need to understand right from wrong, in order to start our futures. We need to start reacting to the good in the world, not the bad. We can't hide from the bad influences, but go against them and stick to our foundation.

And indeed, that's a wonderful quote.
