"What? I'm not even looking at the moon, I have my back turned to it."Morningpaw meowed
 
"I-I saw it there three seconds ago, I swear to our leader," she meowed, "Why isn't it there anymore? It just disappeared! Is someone telling me something? What do I do? I'm scared!" she whimpered between sobs. She sat on the ground crying genuinely horrified by what she saw.

Morningpaw wrapped her tail tight around the kit, licking the kittens head."Shhh, It was probably just a flicker of light from the stars, don't worry."SHe murmured.
 
"N-no! It was definitely the moon. Big round and glowing white, surrounded by black, midnight black. I'm really scared." She tried to choke the words out between sobs. She looked at the ground, what's happening to me?

"Ye-yes in your eyes..." She followed her into the cave and sat at the edge of the water. She lapped a few drops and laid beside the pool. Still terrified, she started to drift off to sleep.
