I've never kept an indoor rabbit but I would imagine that is so. If the rabbit is going to be destructive it would be towards my things, esp. seeing that I would have the wooden furniture, cables or cords.

I found the opposite with my house rabbit that I had for four years. He was a Mini Rex and made much more damage to my home than any puppy, cat, or toddler ever thought of. I had him neutered and he was well supervised but he chewed: speaker wires x 10, my rugs in my kitchen and livingroom, chewed the plaster off the corners of several walls, chewed the baseboards, dug in my furniture and carpets.
