Rabbit Lovers!

That’s horrible! I can’t believe that people just ditch their bunnies!! It makes me so sad. Someone had ditched a bunny awhile ago and my neighbor caught it and put it in my one hutch but he was super aggressive I had to get rid of him.
Most domesticated rabbits do not have the skills or instincts to survive in the wild. Most die within days or weeks due to starvation or predation. It is very irresponsible. If someone can no longer care for thier pets it would be optimal to find a new home or rescue. I know many rescues are at capacity, and quarantining them is probably not optional.

It’s so wrong! I don’t understand how anyone can ditch any animal with out thinking! There are plenty of other options then ditching!

Midnight is one from a litter I raised and it is my sisters favorite. He is the cuddliest bunny and likes to be held constantly. He curls on my sisters lap like a cat.

This I believe is a my last few bunnies to introduce, Misty who is 13 weeks old and her two siblings who should be going to their forever homes soon. I call them thing one and thing two. And then my newest baby who I need a good name for. Got any ideas??

So Rocky has been kept in our home. I see that your Rabbits are outside. Do you have any issues with predators? I had an outside rabbit once in an Amish built hutch(very sturdy), and a pair of dogs got out of their yard and managed to get to my rabbit. Maybe I had a false sense of security and should have taken more/better precautions. I am genuinely curious what you guys do.
So my rabbit hutches are in my chicken pen. I’ll show pictures in a minute. So as of now no issues. And my chicken wire is nailed into some of my hutches to keep the wire up.
