So i have come across a lot of breeders actively advertising the fact that their chicks have been raised on grass since 4 weeks old. Is there any significance behind it ?

Why do they advertise it specifically? Does raising on grass result in better quality birds ?

Yes it allows them to do more natural things like foraging, eating bugs and worms they find, eating the grass, and overall being better quality. Like with free range laying hens, their eggs taste way better than cages hen's eggs.
