Hanging water! You mind sharing the brand and model?We hang the water from a chain in our coop. Just high enough that they can drink from it. Bedding will sometimes get kicked into the tray when they're vigorously foraging in there, but the water doesn't get buried any more![]()

I used the brick method too...I've found if I keep the feeder and waterer to the same height as the chicken's back I get very little debris in them.
Because, well, spilled water doesn't matter in AZWe got them at TSC, they're just the plastic gallon waterers with a metal handle.
