I won't save them and I won't support them by buying any chicks from them.
It may sound harsh but if those chicks die that cuts their profits. If people walk away and don't buy any chicks that ends their profits. With no profits from it they just might quit selling chicks.

EXACTLY! Same reason why I will never buy a sick bird from a pet store. Or even worse- a ferret. It breaks my heart. I just applied for a job at a pet supply store that sells animals. They are mistreated and I'm hoping to change that. The least I can do.

I am just going to start this back up. I would definitely buy a few when I get chicks I buy feed and supplies from the feed store and I don't think buying one or two chicks is going to save the store after all they're hundreds of people coming in every day who are going to buy chicks my one or two chicks are not going to change anything. If it means I could save a little life I'm all for it!!

I hatch my own chicks so I can’t do this but I hope more people who buy from the store will do this
