Sorry @orrpeople This year seems to be the year of the rooster!

It certainly is for my Del's--but I'm worried about my RIWs, I may only have one or two. Too soon to tell on my Hollands and got a few IL roos, but mostly hens.

Adorable!! There are actually quite a few breeds and mixes with the "chipmunk stripe" coloring at hatch! Do you have an idea from which to narrow it down? I could maybe help if there was a choice.

Well they're definitely not either of those... hmm.. it'll be interesting to see how they turn out!!

Looks a bit like a del... we'll have to wait to see how it grows up. I have del hamburg crosses (don't ask why, unauthorized mating) that are extremely hard to identify.

no feathers on feet or legs the color on legs is the same as chickens

Getting excited, my chicks ship Monday! Still slogging along on the coop build. Worked on the skylight frame today. Probably would have finished but it started raining. But hey, i got four walls up while husband was on vacation. It will be 8x10. Runs will be 10x10. Brooder just needs a scrubbing this weekend. Guineas grew like weeds. I am going to have to get going on the goat/ guinea building when i get this build done!
