Raising Chickens and Ducks on the Oregon Coast

Hello Everyone,

My name is Jeff and I live on the Oregon Coast with my wife, Connie, and our 3 children. We started raising chickens and ducks this spring. I have 3 ducks, 2 Roosters (Soon to be one), and 9 hens. I joined this community to gather advice and to help wherever I can. I have enjoyed reading from this site for the last several months and now I figure it's time to contribute with anything I can help with. We've built our own home for the ducks and chickens, who bed together without issue. I have issues with trying to properly ID my ducks but I have posted a thread for that, so i'm crossing my fingers!

Hi, Jeff, welcome to BYC! Always nice to see another Oregonian member join the flock. I'm not as strong on ducks as chickens when it come to identifying them, but they're are several great duck experts around the site that will probaby have your birds sorted out post haste
