Raising Guinea Fowl

Hello all ! Excited to be joining the group.
Have been raising guineas for a couple years now. I let them free range during the day and they are enclosed at night. Hatched my first guinea egg in an incubator. The baby isn’t walking though
it scurries around like a mouse, crouched low and fast. Does not fully extend its legs to stand up tall. Legs are not splayed but instead are under its body. Any advice? Thank you
