I purchased a pair of potbelly pigs last october. The breeder had multiple sows with piglets and he cant guarantee theyre not brother and sister..based on the size i doubt theyre related. About a month ago she went into heat and now i have a feeling shes pregnant....can potbellied pigs get pregnant at 4mo old??[IMG]

If she is old enough to come into heat she is old enough to get pregnant. Whether that is a good thing or not is another matter entirely.

I really don't know, but you ought to be able to find a pot belly web site that will have that information.

If you don't want a pregnant pig separate them now, you won't be able to tell when she comes into heat and even if you can she will come into heat every 3-4 weeks.
