Random blood

I let my chickens out this am and I saw this pool of blood. All chickens are accounted for and no injuries or strange behavior from anyone. I thought maybe a mouse or something had gotten in and they ate it but there was a bloody poop in the run after I let them out. Any ideas??

Are you sure it's blood and not the "throughput" of a wild berry feast? Mine devastated my blackberries ... and the results scared the daylights out of me until I realized what it was!

They don’t have access to berries unless I give them to them. Also, I think there would be others with this poop, right??!! Idk

I would inspect for blood on he butts of the chickens, i have never seen coccidosis with that much blood before.

How old are they?
To me that is frank blood. I would check vents just to make sure no one has a bloody vent or prolapse. If nothing is found then I would start them all on Corid (Amprolium) asap. You can find it in the cattle section of Tractor Supply.
Dosage is 1 1/2 teaspoons Corid powder or 2 teaspoons of 9.6% Corid liquid per gallon of water.
Give for 5-7 days - make sure this is the ONLY water available during that time period. Mix a fresh batch at least once a day. Don't give extra vitamins/electrolytes during the treatment period.

Taking a sample to your vet for testing and check for infection would also be a good idea.
