Random hatchery birds - what am I?!

Actually, Cackle is one of the few hatcheries that will give you pullets as extra chicks!. This was my experience with them last year anyway.
They gave me one to two extra of each breed I ordered, all pullets.

Their customers support team must not that great then. They asked me to elaborate, when I was asking if they provided free/extra chicks because I was curious.
I don't remember exactly what they said though. I think they said they didn't do that.

How long ago did you have that discussion with them? Since you couldn't remember what they told you. Just curious.

Just looked back at the messages. Another person replied after the other saying they do provide extra chicks when available. I didn't see that one.
First person must've been new.

I ordered 3 lav Ameraucanas, 3 white Ameraucanas, 1 Barred bantam cochins, and one crele OEGB; I was given an extra Ameraucana.
