Randomly Sick Chicken? Please Help

Use some multivitamins with amino acid seems like vitamins deficiency which become more serve after injury
Tibial Dyschondroplasia, can be observed in chickens as late as 4 weeks of age.

You should buy vitamins that especially contains vitamin D3 & Riboflavin only these vitamins helps in leg issues

I'll search for them tomorrow and incorporate them as soon as I get them. Thank you for your advice for vitamins, I hope that this will help her and that she'll get better. I'm just hoping it isn't something contagious or life-threatening. Hopefully, we caught whatever it is early enough to prevent serious long-term damage. And, I hope that it isn't life-threatening.

Vitamin deficiency go away with vitamin therapies if this happens after her injury I don't think its contagious good care you should take her inside ur home .let her eat maybe she's unable to eat in this position

I'm sorry to hear about your Silkie.
It does look like she is suffering from a neurological symptom like Wry Neck. This can be caused by vitamin/nutritional deficiency, head injury/trauma and diseases like Marek's.
4wks old is not unheard of the start showing symptoms of Marek's. Silkies can be prone to having difficulties since most have a vaulted skull. A very good peck to the head can cause damage.

I would get her on 400IU Vitamin E and 1/4tablet human B-Complex vitamins (no iron) daily. Give her some tuna or egg for Selenium (this helps with the uptake of VitaminE)
Keep hydrated the best you can and offer her wet chick starter.

She may do o.k. in a sling if her head is not twisting too much, some birds have to regain some partial mobility in order for a sling to be beneficial (they may twist too much and flip out), but you can easily make one and try it. Photos of sling ideas are below, you can google "chicken sling" for more inspiration. I will also post a video of how you can help her eat. Some people also tube feed, so that is an option for you too.

Hello everyone,

Thank you all for the wonderful advice. Unfortunately, where we live there is not an avian vet around. I never have even heard of wry neck before, but we are first time chicken owners. I'll have the leg brace removed and we will set up the sling promptly. Is a 400IU Vitaman something we can find at the drugstore?

So, an update from a day of observing Angel. So, after taking the brace off, she stopped rolling onto her back as often. However, I have observed that she does not have a twisted neck. Though, I found the reason that she ends up on her back is because of when she tries to walk. She pushes up to try to stand, but due to what I can only assume is weak legs, she ends up falling onto her back and not being able to flip back over. She lays with her legs straight out behind her or straight in front of her. I built her a sling and put her in it, but she can't walk on her own.
